Sharmistha Banerjee
Head – Operations & Technical
Sharmistha has over 25 years experience in operations of health claims.
As the CAO of Medicare TPA she managed the operations vertical for both cashless and reimbursement claims. She developed course and module for continuous training and development of processing, technical and medical team by sharing her in-depth knowledge and understanding of underwriting and claim operations. She managed approval of more than 200 cashless requests per day, facilitating admission and discharge throughout the country by coordinating with in-house doctors, hospitals and insurance companies while maintaining an ever improving TAT by setting a new industry standard.
Sharmistha has done her Masters in English from Jadavpur University and is a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India.

Somnath Guha
Head – Marketing & Networking
With over 28 years of experience in operations, Somnath has experience of insurance domain for about 15 years.
During his tenure at Medicare TPA as Manager Claims, he has been intensively involved in managing the daily operations of processing of claim – both cashless and reimbursement. Generation and critical analysis of MIS regarding claim management is an area of major interest for Somnath.
He has been categorical in maintaining amiable relation with insurance companies and hospitals throughout the country.
Somnath is a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India.
